Frozen goods have been stored in cold rooms below -18°C. Temperature level in store room has to be stable in order to preserve the quality of the deep frozen fruit.
Computerised control of the refrigeration system allows the temperature to be regulated independently in each individual cold storage room and moreover allows continual monitoring of the temperature level of the fruit with the possibility of alarm if the temperature conditions vary from the established ones.
Our storage capacity is 3.500 T of frozen fruit, equipped with storage racks and management software which keeps updated information about location of the batches, volumes and quality. We can keep trace when goods are produced, of which quality, where they are located and from which raw material have been produced in order to trace back raw material to individual supplier. Storage racks enable us to reach easily to each batch unit on each location without disruption of production. Storage racks are evidence of high attention devoted to investment in work safety.
